Fitting and Exchange Policy
Pyke has worked diligently to create a fitting guide that accurately represents our customers. If you do encounter an issue with your order we have a NO HASSLE EXCHANGE guarantee on non-sale items. Sale items may not be eligible for exchange. No price adjustments will be made on sale items. WE PAY THE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS for your convienence.
To exchange an item, please CLICK HERE or enter your information at the bottom of this page within 21 days of purchase date. Items sent back for exchange must meet the following criteria.
- Items must be in new unworn condition when returned without signs of wear, soiling or other use(dog/pet hair). Items that have pet hair on them will not be returned or exchanged. They will be sent back to the owner. No Exceptions.
- Items must be returned in original packaging. A restocking fee of $10 will be applied to items not returned in original packaging.
- Sale items and items purchased with a coupon code may only be returned for store credit, or exchanged.
- Clearance items are final sales and will not be returned/exchanged.
- Send exchange packages to: 12714 Sanctuary Place Grand Haven, MI 49417. Items that are not returned to the correct address will be returned to sender.
Return Policy
Please refer to the following in the event that your recently ordered items need to be returned. If you wish to return an non-sale item for a full refund please refer to the below instructions:

- Pyke will issue you a refund within 5 business days upon the return of your refund item and credit your payment method as well as email you a return confirmation.
- Sale items and items purchased with a coupon code may only be returned for store credit, or exchanged for the same item.
- Clearance items are final sales and will not be returned/exchanged.

Warranty Repair Policy
Pyke Gear works hard to bring you the world’s best fabrics, designs and manufacturing quality. We stand behind our products and are pleased to offer a 1 year manufacturing warranty on all Pyke Gear made products. We will repair or replace any item that failed in the field due to manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Barbed wire tears, punctures, burns, piling, fading and other cosmetic wear due to normal use in the field are not covered by this warranty. Pants that are not properly hemmed to the correct length and wear out around the boots are not covered under warranty but can be repaired for an additional fee. Additionally, products that are damaged via improper laundering are not covered by the PYKE warranty. Pyke’s warranty is nontransferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product(s). Valid proof of purchase is required to honor the warranty. Pyke will only warranty products that are manufactured by Pyke Gear. All third party products are covered by the respective manufacturers warranty.In order to initiate a Warranty Repair please follow the steps below.
- Download, completely fill out and include this form. Warranty-Repair Form
- Items need to be freshly laundered. All dirty items will be subject to a $25 cleaning fee.
- Return items with completed form to: PYKE Gear 12714 Sanctuary Place Grand Haven, MI 49417 (UPS, FedEx Only)
- Upon completion of Warranty Repair work, Pyke will return your items to the address listed in your Warranty Repair Form.
- If an item is out of warranty and still needs repair we will gladly assist you in repairing your item at a reasonable cost. To initiate repair process, please download and fill out this form. Repair Request Form. Then follow the instructions on the form.
