Our all new Tongass Nomad Jacket is designed to be a lightweight outer layer without the bulk of a jacket. It is engineered to shed water from dew or light rains and keep you dry and comfortable in the field on cool fall mornings. The Tongass Nomad Jacket is lightweight, breathable and packable.  Sewn in the USA
NOTE: This garment is designed to be worn over clothing and features a generous cut.

  • Highly water resistant shell, that is ultra breathable.

Tonga’s Nomad Jacket

Jacket is comfortable and keeps you warm on those Fall nights. Zipper is smooth and pockets have deep areas for your gloves.

Tongass Nomad Lightweight Jacket (Orange)

My hunting partner calls this the “One Mile Jacket”, because he can see me from a mile away when I wear it. I like that it has a full zip, easy on and off. I’m 5’9”, 165lbs and a Medium is plenty big for several layers. I initially had a large that was way too big. If you’re a trim person order a smaller size. Overall a very nice addition to the hunting closet. I’ll wear it a couple of times a week throughout our Chukar season.

Most comfortable upland gear

The Tongass Nomad Jacket is well made and good looking. It is a great layer for chilly mornings or misty days. The stretch material is very comfortable and easy to shoot while wearing.
